A HIPAA-ready patient companion that keeps people on track between appointments — shipped on iOS and Android in lockstep by one team.
The challenge
A clinical provider needed one product on both platforms, quickly, without compromising on compliance or platform feel — and it had to pass a strict internal security review before launch.
What we built
A shared design system drove native iOS and Android builds that each feel at home on their platform. We built an encrypted data layer, role-based access, and fully auditable infrastructure — which cleared the client's security review on the first pass.
The outcome
Patients started self-serving the answers they used to call for, and support tickets fell 41% in the first quarter after launch. Both platforms now ship from a single roadmap.
